Description
Ti Guan Yin, also known as Green Dragon Oolong, is a premium Oolong tea (pronounced Ulong) with light green leaves that have undergone minimal oxidation.
Green Dragon (Ti Guan Yin) Oolong is made from whole leaves. Unlike black teas, it is not subjected to intensive crushing; instead, the leaves are gently curled and dried. This process results in a coarse, curled leaf form and a brew with light greenish-copper tones.
Because it undergoes a shorter oxidation period compared to other teas, it has a lighter color and a smoother, more liqueur-like taste. All these characteristics give Oolong tea its unique, balanced, and elegant character. Green Dragon Oolong offers a smooth, light, aromatic, and extremely enjoyable drinking experience.

Pure Oolong Tea
Brewing Technique
-
Add 2 teaspoons of tea to 250 ml of water at 85°C – 95°C.
-
Steep for 2–3 minutes.
-
Strain and enjoy.
It is recommended to use fresh drinking water instead of tap water. Repeated boiling reduces the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water, weakening the aroma of the tea. Using fresh, unboiled water will significantly enhance the flavor of your Oolong tea.
Weight
50 grams (approximately 30 cups)
Important Note
Oolong tea is more heat-tolerant than white and green tea. However, to allow the curled leaves to fully unfold and release their aroma, the brewing time should be 2-3 minutes longer than for these teas.
The leaves can be steeped 3-4 times by adding hot water again to the same leaves. Different aromatic notes will emerge with each steeping.

Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry, and odorless place. Wooden boxes, glass jars, or airtight metal/ceramic containers are preferred. Airtight metal or ceramic containers generally give the best results. Plastic containers can also be used if necessary.
