    Description

Jin Xuan Oolong tea (also known as Red Oolong) takes its name from the famous Doi Tung Mountain in northern Thailand, where it is grown. This legendary high mountain provides ideal weather conditions for oolong tea. Jin Xuan tea was first planted in the 1960s by the Thailand Tea Agricultural Research Centre with the support of Thai tea farmers.

This high-quality, exclusive Oolong tea is harvested using only the selected buds and the first two leaves. Using a special and careful method, the tea is oxidized by 20%. This results in a tea similar to green tea, but with a more complex and richer aroma. This unique Oolong has a golden yellow color and an unparalleled fragrance. It has a full-bodied and rich taste. If you dislike the grassy taste found in some green teas, you will love this Oolong tea with its subtle roasted flavor that comes in the background.

    Ingredients: Oolong Tea.

Brewing Technique: Add 2 teaspoons to 250 ml of water at 85°C – 95°C and let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy! We strongly recommend using drinking water instead of tap water, which often contains chlorine and similar substances. Repeated boiling reduces the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water, diminishing the flavor of the tea. Therefore, using fresh, unboiled drinking water will greatly enhance the taste of your oolong tea.

It weighs 50 grams, which yields approximately 30 cups.

Important note: Oolong tea is more heat-resistant than white and green tea. However, to allow the curled-dry leaves to fully unfold and release their aroma, the brewing time should be 2-3 minutes longer than for these teas. It can be brewed 3-4 times by adding water repeatedly, and each brew will bring out different flavors.

Shipping: 10% discount for in-person pickups. Shipping within 3-5 days of order date.
