This is a special blend of Oolong, a traditional Chinese semi-fermented tea, infused with rose buds, rose petals, and chamomile. The intense and pleasant aroma of the flowers perfectly complements the smooth and balanced taste of Oolong tea. The result is an aromatic and delightful tea experience.

Preparation

Oolong tea is more heat-resistant than white and green tea. However, to allow the curled-dried leaves to fully unfold and release their aroma, the brewing time should be 2-3 minutes longer than for these teas.

• Heat the water to approximately 85–90°C.

• Add 1 teaspoon of tea.

• Steep for 4–5 minutes.

The leaves can be steeped 3-4 times by adding hot water again to the same leaves. Different aromas and notes will come to the forefront with each steeping.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry, and odorless place. Wooden boxes, glass jars, or airtight metal/ceramic containers are preferred. Airtight metal or ceramic containers generally give the best results. Plastic containers can also be used if necessary.
