    Description

First, I want you to read this. I want to write this not as a seller, but as someone addicted to this tea. It's one of those magnificent teas you can't resist. It's made from high-quality tea leaves grown in the highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia, and is considered one of Indonesia's best teas. Due to the equatorial climate of the region where it's grown, it has a dark color and a strong body, similar to Assam. It has a rich flavor with nutty and woody notes.

Benefit: Supports heart health. This black tea stands out when it comes to heart health.

It reduces the risk of stroke. It improves concentration. It lowers blood sugar levels. It reduces the risk of some types of cancer. It reduces the risk of death from all causes.

    Ingredients: Indonesian black Sumatra tea.

Brewing Technique: It is recommended to steep 1-2 teaspoons in approximately 250 ml of water (excluding tap water and chlorinated water) at a temperature of 85°C – 100°C for 4-5 minutes. (The same tea can be brewed twice.)

    Weight: 50 grams

Important note: Black teas, like other teas, require different brewing methods depending on their quality. The key point here is: don't pour boiling water over the tea leaves, and don't place the tea leaves directly into boiling water. Once the water boils, wait at least a minute for the boiling point to drop. Then, gently place the tea leaves over the boiling water, cover the pot, and don't open it or check on it for at least 15 minutes. Do not stir with a spoon or anything else. Never add baking soda, sugar, etc. to the teapot.

Shipping: 10% discount for in-person pickups. Shipping within 3-5 days of order date.

    Origin: Indonesia

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and odorless place. Prefer wooden boxes, glass jars, or special airtight metal containers. Airtight metal or ceramic containers are generally best. Plastic containers are also acceptable if necessary.
