Ingredients: Special Sri Lankan black tea

Brewing Technique: It is recommended to steep 1-2 teaspoons in approximately 250 ml of water (excluding tap water and chlorinated water) at a temperature of 85°C – 100°C for 4-5 minutes. (The same tea can be brewed twice.)
Important note: Black teas, like other teas, have different brewing methods depending on their quality. The key point here is not to pour boiling water directly onto the tea leaves, nor to place the tea leaves directly into boiling water. Once the water boils, wait at least a minute for the water to cool down. Then, gently place the tea leaves on top of the boiling water, cover the pot, and leave it for at least 15 minutes without opening or checking it. Do not stir with a spoon or anything else. Never add baking soda, sugar, etc. to the teapot.
