Cold Brew Ice Tea, most commonly found in Japan, is traditionally enjoyed as a cold beverage, but you can also enjoy it hot. Especially in the summer, you can savor it as a cold, iced tea, garnished with a sprig of fresh mint. Made from the finest Sencha tea leaves, blended with caramel and coconut, this tea is truly a delightful experience.

Cold Brew Tea Brewing Technique: Make your own iced tea; that is, cold tea.

All you need to do is add a very small pinch to a glass of room temperature water, or if you are serving more than one person, add 3 tablespoons of Cold Brew tea to a liter of drinking water. Then, let the tea steep in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 hours. Afterwards, remove it from the refrigerator and strain it. Enjoy! Since you strained and removed the leaves from the water, you can let the tea steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours before drinking it. You can also prepare it in any glass container or bottle you like.

Hot Brewing Technique:

For those who prefer to drink this tea hot, add 1 teaspoon of the tea to 200 ml of boiling water. Let it steep for 3 minutes. Enjoy!

Important note: This tea can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Green teas are generally brewed at 80-85°C for 4-5 minutes. Brewing at higher temperatures or for longer periods will cause the tea leaves to lose nutritional value and become increasingly bitter.
