Description
Green tea is produced by carefully grinding the fine parts of the leaves after removing the stems and veins, using hand mills. It contains very high levels of antioxidants and chlorophyll. Its rich nutritional value, unique production methods, and unusual preparation make it one of the most popular types of tea. Compared to regular green tea, it has a higher caffeine content.
Unlike other teas, Matcha is prepared by whisking, so the tea leaves are ingested directly, maximizing its effects. Regular consumption of a serving of Matcha, especially in the mornings, can quickly reveal numerous benefits such as increased vitality, improved skin, better cardiovascular health, fat burning, and toxin elimination.
Keeping the water temperature low (70–75 °C), minimizing contact with metal objects, and whisking gently (avoiding mixers, wire whisks, etc.) are important for obtaining the best yield from pure matcha tea.
